Financial Information
Financial Policy
The fee for any given endodontic procedure depends on the specific tooth involved and the complexity of the case.
Prior to your initial visit, we will seek to collect information regarding your dental insurance, which we will use to estimate your potential out-of-pocket costs, bearing in mind that our estimate, prior to your initial visit, is based on your referral. A more accurate out-of-pocket estimate and insurance breakdown will be provided to you following your consultation and/or before any treatment is rendered.
It is our policy that your care/treatment is paid for at the time it is delivered.
Most dental insurance policies provide some coverage for root canal treatment while most medical insurance policies do not. For your benefit, we are in-network with numerous dental insurance carriers. However, the amount your specific dental insurance plan may cover depends on the specifics of your plan such as your maximum allowable benefit, the amount of your deductible, if any, and the amount your insurance company is willing to pay for a specific procedure.
As a courtesy to you, we will file your dental insurance claim on your behalf. Should your insurance carrier pay more than is estimated, we will promptly mail you a refund. If a balance remains after your insurance carrier has sent payment, our office will send you a statement due upon receipt for the care/treatment you received. For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, and all major credit cards.
